Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician

We are Medspa del Valle, located in Weslaco, TX, and we are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare team. Duties

• Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans to meet individual client needs
• Deliver a variety of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning equipment and treatment areas after each client
• Assist with retail product recommendations and sales to support clients’ ongoing skincare journeys
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, managing appointments efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment

Experience

• Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or Laser Technician with knowledge of esthetic laser treatments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Ability to perform product demos and upsell retail items naturally within client consultations
• Prior experience in customer service roles within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry is highly desirable
