Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas: * CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage.

• Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
• Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
• Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
• Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Qualifications

* Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota * Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments * Passionate about skincare and client results * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Punctual, professional, and polished appearance

Schedule & Perks
