• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety.
• Upsell retail products such as skincare items, nail care products, and beauty accessories to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetics license with certification in nail care and esthetic treatments.
• Proven experience in performing manicures, waxing, and other esthetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, skin health, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively.
