Part-Time Esthetician

Position Overview

The Part‑Time Esthetician delivers high‑quality skincare services, fosters genuine guest connections, and upholds the Inn’s standards of warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, attentive to detail, and committed to creating restorative experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment environment
• Recommend appropriate products and treatment plans based on guest needs
• Ensure all services meet Arizona state board standards and safety protocols
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews
• Assist with scheduling, check‑ins, and light administrative tasks as needed
• Support the spa team in maintaining inventory and treatment room readiness

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetics experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry best practices
• Warm, polished communication style with a guest‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Compensation

* Arizona minimum wage plus commission on services

Pay: From $15.15 per hour
