About the Role

We are seeking a talented and licensed esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week). This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional who has an established client base and is looking for a welcoming, professional space to continue growing their business.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed esthetician (PA state license required)
• Existing, loyal clientele you can bring with you
• Strong professionalism and client care skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team atmosphere

Duties

• Perform various skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling
• Opportunity to be trained on and perform Morpheus8 Face and Body
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients concerns and goals
• Develop customized skincare routines and recommend products for at-home use
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continued education
• Maintain a presence on social media to promote and grow your client base
