Pay

hourly pay + 10% product commission + gratuities + $20 membership sales commission + 5% service commission + $5 Google review bonus. Effective Pay: between $40-50 per service hour.

Esthetician License (Required)

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and all product lines represented in the salon.
• Perform 40–50 minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial’s, Procell, lash lift& tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.
