Skin Is In Studios is a growing Facial Bar in Downtown Wichita focused on providing high-quality facials, waxing, and skincare treatments in a professional, welcoming environment. We’re expanding our availability and looking for a licensed esthetician to join the team starting as an Intern.

Position

We are hiring a Licensed Esthetician to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday a commission-only basis (60/40 split). This role is ideal for a motivated esthetician who is ready to build their clientele while having the support of an established spa.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized facials, waxing, and skincare treatments using provided backbar and supplies
• Create an exceptional client experience that encourages rebooking and referrals
• Help promote services through social media, word of mouth, and personal outreach
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment space and follow state board requirements

Qualifications

• Kansas Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Comfortable engaging with clients in person and online
• Bonus: Experience with facials, waxing, or acne treatments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
