Salon Manager + Advanced Practice Esthetician

The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ's goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.

Responsibilities:* Focus on the customer experience * Assist in the interview process * Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes * Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example * Coach team members and assist in professional development * Conduct monthly and annual reviews * Assist in store's inventory * Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos) * Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team * Participate in all trainings and staff meetings * Report directly to the Area Manager

Qualifications:* Advanced Practice Esthetics License is required * Experience in management and/or training * 1+ years in customer service

Job Type:* Full-time * Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday
