Salon Manager / Licensed Cosmetologist Full Time $22-$38 an hour

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

COMPENSATION

• $25.00an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 16 hours a week.*You will receive* *an hourly rate* *for all assigned duties when you are* *NOT* *working Behind the Chair providing services.*
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 3 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. *You will be paid the %-based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage - per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements - whichever is higher.)*
• 52% commission on your start date but will increase annually thereafter according to company policy.
