Scalp Specialist - Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist or Esthetician to join our team at a Bellona Head Spa! We're seeking a nurturing, detail-oriented provider who loves helping clients relax, feel better, and restore confidence in their scalp and skin.

Duties

• Provide a range of services including scalp treatments, blowouts, facial massage, and scalp analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the use of homecare products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license OR esthetician license AND hair safety permit in accordance with state regulations. (We can help you obtain your hair safety permit)
• Experience in a spa environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform various aesthetic procedures including product demos, facial and scalp massage, and advanced cosmetic treatments.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with product knowledge.

Schedule

• This is a part-time position for a technician willing to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11am-7pm
• Opportunities to add shifts or transition to full-time may become available
