Seeking Experienced Esthetician for Med-Spa

Job Summary

Mint and Thyme Holistic Med Spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team!!!

The perfect candidate is someone who is warm and friendly, responsible, hard-working, and has a passion for skincare.

Responsibilities and Duties

Some Essential Responsibilities Include

-Obtain health history through intake forms. Assess skin care conditions and recommend products and treatments accordingly

-Record detailed notations for client charts including specific treatment protocols, allergies, contraindications, medications, and treatment preferences

-Perform a variety of facial services, hydrafacial, and chemical peels

-Perform laser hair removal and IPL photofacial with the required licensure

-Perform eyebrow/eyelash tinting

-Product knowledge of our skin care lines is a must in order to recommend appropriate at-home regimens

-Maintain a neat, organized, and sanitary work station to be shared with coworkers

-Be educated on our services and what our spa has to offer

-Assist with open and closing duties as needed

-Help with laundry and light tidying up

-Must be clean and presentable, adhere to spa dress code

-Adhere to TDLR regulations

-Arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled shift

-Work well as a team player

-Manage client experience end-to-end with streamlined checkout tools

- Checkout clients through Mindbody Software

Qualifications & Skills

Must love performing facials!!

Experience with IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling and Dermaplaning is needed to apply!

You MUST possess a current Texas License in Cosmetology or Esthetics

Mindbody software experience needed to apply

Part-time and full-time position available.

MUST be available to work Weekends
