Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized artistry services, skincare consultations, and makeup lessons that reflect the Trish McEvoy method.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals across both Bluemercury and Nordstrom locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, appointments, and exceptional service.
• Support store events, master classes, and brand activations to grow brand awareness and client engagement.
• Maintain excellent visual standards and uphold brand presentation at all times.
• Collaborate with retail partners and store leadership to ensure seamless communication and partnership.
• Stay current on Trish McEvoy products, artistry techniques, and promotional campaigns.
