What this Role Requires

This is a performance-based role, not just an hourly position. You'll be expected to:

• Perform high-quality waxing services efficiently
• Connect with guests and deliver a professional, polished guest experience
• Educate guests on aftercare, skin health, and benefits of long-term waxing
• Comfortably make service & product recommendations
• Contribute to team goals (Guest Retention, Retail, Services, & Wax Passes)
• Follow all EWC brand & sanitation standards
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly...
