The Role

• Uphold company standards by consistently delivering a 5-Star Guest Experience through customized waxing services, thorough skin analysis, personalized aftercare guidance, and frequency recommendations.
• Maintain professional conduct and presentation at all times.
• Drive individual performance results through guest retention and referral growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development through Brand Training Courses.
• Maintain an average work schedule of 32–38 hours per week.
