Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless daily operations
• Perform professional esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their treatment results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs and preferences
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing inventory of skincare supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and creating a positive experience during every visit

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments or dermabrasion are a plus
• Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and nail care
