Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, microneedling treatments, Ultherapy, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, Forma, Lumecca, Diolaze
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and recommend retail products to support their beauty goals
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients about new treatments or skincare lines to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health and safety regulations during treatments and equipment sterilization
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive treatment experience
• Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs

Skills

• Proven expertise in esthetician services
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and build lasting relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting features and benefits
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Retail sales experience to promote products naturally during consultations

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
