Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Advanced Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. This role requires passion for skincare, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.

Duties

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing/laser.
• Ordering all Aesthetic products.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and addressing their individual needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and the benefits of treatments offered.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences for personalized service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Certification and experience in advanced skincare techniques and technologies such as microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and more.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Minimum of 2 years + of hands on experience in a high-end aesthetic, dermatology, or medical spa setting.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products and devices. Machine knowledge preferred: Inmode and BTL.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, with the ability to explain treatments and products in an engaging and clear manner.
