Core Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Clinical & Laser Treatments

• Aerolase Laser Modalities: Safely and effectively perform advanced laser treatments using Aerolase technology for skin rejuvenation, acne reduction, hyperpigmentation, melasma, rosacea, and gentle hair removal across all Fitzpatrick skin types.
• Microchanneling: Administer precision microchanneling (collagen induction therapy) treatments to target fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, and stretch marks, seamlessly incorporating medical-grade serums for optimal absorption.
• Microdermabrasion: Perform mechanical exfoliation utilizing diamond-tip or crystal microdermabrasion systems to improve skin texture, clarity, and overall radiance.

Specialized Aesthetic Services

• Customized Medical Facials: Design and execute high-performance facials tailored to individual client needs, incorporating extractions, high-frequency, and specialized masking techniques.
• Advanced Exfoliation: Conduct professional-grade chemical peels (ranging from superficial to medium-depth) and dermaplaning to enhance treatment outcomes and product penetration.
• Targeted Add-ons: Integrate complementary modalities such as LED light therapy, microcurrent, and lymphatic drainage to elevate standard protocols.
