Responsibilities: (Not Limited To)

* Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership. * Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times. * Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment. * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best. * Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals. * Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately. * Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles/ as an Esthetician * Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting. * High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. * Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
