Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, hair threading, nail care, eyelash extensions, and more - Provide consultations to clients on their desired look and recommend appropriate services - Utilize color theory to create customized hair colors for clients - Demonstrate proficiency in using straight razors for grooming services - Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the beauty industry - Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing payments - Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience Qualifications: - Valid Cosmetology license in the state of practice - Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends - Experience with hair threading, straight razor grooming, and color theory - Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus - Ability to perform eyelash extensions and nail care services - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Proven ability to upsell salon products and services to clients Join our team of talented professionals dedicated to providing top-notch beauty services in a welcoming environment.
