Our shop is a fast-paced environment with a steady stream of walk-ins and loyal clients, so you can quickly maximize your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, trims, styles, and grooming services tailored to each client.
• Maintain a fast, efficient pace without sacrificing the quality of your work or the client experience.
• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend products.
• Keep your workstation clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with Washington State safety regulations.
• Contribute to a welcoming, high-energy team culture.

What We're Looking For

• License: Active Washington State Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Experience: Strong technical skills in modern and classic cutting techniques. Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced salon/shop is a huge plus.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to deliver great results efficiently to keep up with peak hours.
• Attitude: Reliable, professional, and excellent with customer service.
