Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of haircare services including hair cutting, styling, and coloring.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Help with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Use salon management software to book appointments, process payments, and track client records efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share product demos, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and upselling opportunities.

Skills

• Must have a current Cosmetology license issued from the State of Nebraska Department of Health or a student working towards licensing
• Ability to handle retail sales confidently by upselling products during consultations.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
