About the Role

We are seeking a Part-time Cosmetologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Avista Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our residents, enhancing their overall quality of life and sense of well-being. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty and wellness services, including haircutting, styling, coloring, and skincare
• Develop personalized beauty and wellness plans for residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care and services
• Maintain accurate records of resident services and treatments
• Participate in staff training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and methods

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cosmetologist in the state of Michigan
• 1+ year of experience in the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
