• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and body waxing with precision and safety.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service by understanding their needs, offering product demos, upselling retail products, and providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations through before-and-after photos, and build a strong online presence.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services such as check-ins, product sales, appointment confirmations, and answering client inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, hair techniques like straight razor shaving or hair threading, and new treatments to continually elevate service quality.
