Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including custom facials, Hydrafacials, waxing, lash lifts, and skin assessments.
• Conduct specialized services like hair threading, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain thorough medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatment details accurately and securely.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and client satisfaction.
• Assist with sales of skincare products and treatment packages to support business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic techniques to continuously improve service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser therapy.
