We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Licensed Cosmetologist / Head Spa Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new luxury wellness brand focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities

● Perform luxury head spa treatments and wellness services according to Luxe Haven standards.

● Provide scalp cleansing, exfoliation, oil treatments, deep conditioning, and scalp massage services.

● Perform shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying, and light styling services.

● Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for every guest.

● Educate clients on scalp health and at-home care recommendations.

● Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

● Accurately document client consultations and service notes.

● Recommend retail products and treatment plans when appropriate.

● Assist with spa events, promotions, and grand opening activities.

● Uphold all Virginia Board of Cosmetology regulations and safety standards.

● Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

● Active Virginia Cosmetology License required.

● Excellent customer service and communication skills.

● Professional appearance and positive attitude.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
