Hello Blow is a modern blowout and beauty bar opening in Niles, Ohio, and we're looking for talented, positive, and passionate beauty professionals to join our founding team.

We're creating more than a salon, we're building a luxury experience where every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves.

What You'll Do

As a Hello Blow Stylist, you'll create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish by providing services including:

Luxury blowouts and styling
Curls, waves, braids and special occasion styling
Shampoo and scalp massage experiences
Makeup applications (if licensed/experienced)
Spray tanning (training available for the right candidate)
Product recommendations and retail sales
Maintaining a clean, beautiful salon environment
Building relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visits

Qualifications

Current Ohio Cosmetology License (required)
Blowout and styling experience preferred (training provided)
Makeup and/or spray tanning experience is a plus but not required
Weekend availability required
Comfortable learning new techniques and service standards
