Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Salon Patrick in the lovely Aurora, Ohio is seeking an experienced, licensed hairstylist to join our growing luxury salon and spa team. We are a full-service destination offering hair, spa, med spa, retail, and an in-house coffee & wine bar experience.

We are looking for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, passionate about their craft, and ready to build strong, long-term client relationships in a high-end, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workstation
• Recommend retail products to support hair health and care
• Build and retain a strong client base
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and continued education
• Provide an elevated guest experience every visit

Requirements

• Active Ohio Cosmetology License (required)
• 3+ years of professional salon experience preferred
• Strong technical skills in cutting and color
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
