Duties

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing treatments with precision and creativity
• Use salon software such as Glossgenius to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
• Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on color theory and current trends
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with experience in barbering or cosmetology services
• Recommended but not required- One or more years experience. Must be confident to be behind a chair. We can discuss assistant internship if needed.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques including blowouts, braiding, curling, and updos.
• Knowledge of color theory for flawless coloring results and corrective color procedures
