Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail * Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs * Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals * Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations * Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment * Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times * Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces * Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards * Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols As a Drybar Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist, you will enjoy the following enticing perks:* Hourly wages, tips and commissions * Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services * Blowout, braid, and updo training that's paid * Flexible, set schedules
