• Perform nail care services like manicures, pedicures, and nail art to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermal therapies, and deep tissue massage to promote healthy skin.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products during consultations and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and supporting guest services to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay current on industry trends like tattooing techniques and color theory to provide innovative services that exceed expectations.
