Duties

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading
• Manage salon software systems like Colver
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients online, and showcase before-and-after transformations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail options to boost sales through upselling techniques.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workspaces regularly while adhering to health regulations.
• Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, new treatment techniques, and advanced esthetic procedures to deliver innovative services.
• Support team collaboration by managing retail sales effectively and participating in product training sessions.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license or certification required
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services including hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and advanced skincare treatments.
