Duties

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including blow outs, hair styling, cutting, coloring, & extensions.
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and product solutions that meet their needs while upselling retail products effectively.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols and sanitation practices across all services.
• Utilize salon management software such as Meevo by Millennium to schedule appointments, update client records, & process payments.
• Engage with clients at the front desk by providing guest services, answering inquiries via social media management tools, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines or new beauty trends to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of cosmetology techniques including hair styling, coloring (color theory), & cutting.
• Strong management skills to handle scheduling, client flow, retail sales upselling, social media management for marketing purposes, and front desk operations.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
