Salon Suite Share Opportunity – Established Esthetician (West Long Branch, NJ)

We are seeking a well-established, experienced esthetician with an active and consistent client base to join our med spa in a salon suite share arrangement.

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who values autonomy, flexibility, and a beautifully maintained, high-visibility space.

Space Details

• Private window salon suite with excellent natural light and visibility
• Fully furnished treatment space with modern decor
• Professional salon procedure chair provided
• Access to booking platform and scheduling support if needed

Schedule & Access

• Approximately 3–4 days per week
• Includes evening availability
• Rotating schedule provided 1–2 months in advance for predictability and planning

Financial Terms

• Flat rent: $800/month
• Esthetician retains 100% of service revenue
• Responsible for own consumables and equipment
