Bee&Co is a luxury skincare studio in Palm Desert dedicated to delivering exceptional facial treatments and personalized skincare experiences. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician who loves helping people look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services
• Conduct personalized skin consultations
• Recommend skincare products based on clients’ needs
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each treatment
• Accurately document client treatments and recommendations

Qualifications

• California Esthetician License (Required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for skincare and continuous learning
