Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and make-up application.
• Conduct advanced skin treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and dermal resurfacing to improve skin health and appearance.
• Utilize salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments efficiently.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty accessories to enhance their at-home routines.
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques by participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry.
• Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, makeup application, hair threading, and nail care.
