The Esthetician is responsible for performing professional skincare treatments, educating patients on treatment plans and home care, promoting medical-grade skincare products, and contributing to the overall success of the Wellness Center through exceptional client care and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Perform professional aesthetic services including: + Customized facials + Dermaplaning + DiamondGlow® treatments + Microdermabrasion + Superficial chemical peels (within scope of licensure) + LED Light Therapy + High Frequency treatments + Facial and body waxing + Other aesthetic treatments within scope of practice * Conduct thorough patient consultations to evaluate skin conditions, identify contraindications, establish treatment goals, and recommend individualized treatment plans. * Educate patients on treatment expectations, post-procedure care, and long-term skincare maintenance. * Recommend and confidently promote medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages that support patient outcomes. * Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record. * Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and infection control. * Properly disinfect and sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance. * Monitor appointment schedules to ensure treatments begin and end on time while maximizing provider productivity. * Assist with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, answering...
