Duties

• Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and dermabrasion.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Skills in sanitizing tools and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform various beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving service offerings.
