The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, managing guest relations, and promoting our range of skincare products and services. Experience with body waxing is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, sanitation practices, and a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty. This is a commission based position.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments including waxing and sugaring. Must be comfortable with performing services for male and female clients.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and product regimens.
• Manage front desk operations including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling using salon software and handling inquiries via social media management platforms.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
• Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment that fosters repeat business.
• Collaborate with management on service improvements and new treatment offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a spa or salon environment.
• Knowledge of advanced esthetic procedures body waxing. Specific Hello Sugar training will be provided.
