Join Our Team as an Esthetician Instructor!

Are you a skincare expert with a passion for teaching? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate the next generation of beauty professionals!

Work Hours and Benefits

Day School: Tuesday through Saturday 8 am to 4 pm.
Night School: Monday through Thursday 4 pm to 10 pm.
May be required to work some Saturdays.

Both Full-Time Positions For Day School and Part-Time Position for Night School are available.

Starting pay rate: $19/hour
Excellent benefits after a 90-day probationary period, such as paid federal holidays and paid Vacation.

Position Summary

As a Licensed Esthetics Instructor, you will educate, mentor, and inspire students while providing both classroom and hands-on instruction. You will help students develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for success in the beauty industry.

What We’re Looking For

Current Alabama esthetics license
Licensed Instructor: Hold a valid Alabama Instructor license and bring extensive industry experience.
Teaching Passion: Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, with a knack for making learning fun and effective.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with students and staff.
