In this role, you'll provide customized skincare treatments, esthetic services, and our signature head spa experiences while building lasting relationships with clients through professionalism, education, and quality care. We're looking for someone who is passionate about esthetics, enjoys connecting with people, and strives to provide an exceptional experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions.
• Operate salon software to schedule appointments, check client out, process retail sales efficiently.
• Provide expert consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products tailored to each client’s skin type and aesthetic goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty tools that complement treatments.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proficiency with salon management software.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a clinical setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience performing body waxing, facials, eyelash extensions and other esthetic services is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform Head Spa treatments is a plus.
