Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and laser skin treatments.
• Conduct body waxing services such as bikini, leg, underarm, and facial waxing with precision and care.
• Apply hair threading techniques to shape eyebrows and remove facial hair effectively.
• Utilize salon management software like SQUARE for scheduling appointments, updating client records, and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering skincare advice, and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually elevate service quality.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser treatments or dermal fillers are a plus.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare, waxing, body treatments, and makeup application.
