• Administer advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and dermabrasion to meet client needs.
• Conduct hair threading and nail care services to provide comprehensive beauty solutions.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols for safety and hygiene.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales of skincare products and beauty treatments.
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
• Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
