Esthetics / Esthetician Instructor – Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!

The Opportunity

Are you a skilled esthetician looking for a better work-life balance? Our Texas campus is seeking an Esthetics Instructor to join our team. We operate on a 4-day work week (Mon–Thu), giving you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

What You'll Do

• Teach L Makeup Institute's esthetics curriculum - Theory, Specialty Practice, and advanced Techniques
• Deliver lesson plans that keep students sharp, prepared, and aligned with industry standards
• Evaluate student progress and provide the support needed to help them succeed
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement
• Mentor students as a professional role model in their esthetics journey

What You'll Need

• Active Texas Esthetician license, in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a practicing esthetician
• Teaching or training experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring students
