We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments. Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate products and services
• Conduct body waxing services such as hair removal using professional techniques ensuring client comfort and safety
• Deliver specialized skin care treatments like HydrafacialM microdermabrasion, and chemical peels to improve skin health and appearance
• Maintain impeccable sanitation procedures and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments or products based on individual client needs
• Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and enhancing the overall client experience through excellent customer service
• Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition
• Uphold all state licensing regulations and spa safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing experience for every guest
• Educate guests on at-home skincare routines and retail products
• Work collaboratively with the spa and hospitality team

Qualifications

• Current Texas Esthetician License
• .Previous spa or resort experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
