About the Role

We are looking for one Esthetician to work flexible hours. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules.

Compensation & Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

• 50% commission on all services provided
• 100% of tips
• 10% earnings on product sales

What You'll Do

• Perform customized facial treatments including Signature Facials, Luxury Facials, HydraFacials, Microdermabrasion, Acne Facials, and more
• Utilize advanced tools such as LED light therapy, radio frequency, microdermabrasion, facial cupping, Galvanic Biowave, and Gua Sha
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on aftercare, home care routines, and complementary wellness services
• Maintain a clean, calming treatment space
• Build client relationships to support retention and overall wellness
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience
