Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time)

Lashthetics Studios & Beauty Spa is looking for a passionate, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Anchorage!

We are a luxury beauty studio specializing in customized skincare, waxing, lash services, and brows. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow their clientele, provide exceptional customer service, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

• 40% Commission
• Estimated earnings: $25–$50+ per hour based on bookings
• Keep 100% of your tips

Schedule

• Part-time
• Approximately 18–24 hours per week
• 3 days per week
• Weekend availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Provide full-body and facial waxing services (Brazilian waxing preferred)
• Perform brow waxing, shaping, tinting, and laminations
• Perform lash lifts and tints (lash extension experience is a plus)
• Recommend professional skincare products and home care to clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming and professional salon environment

Qualifications

• Active Alaska Esthetician License
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Must work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Passion for skincare and continuing education
• Experience with Osmosis skincare or advanced skincare treatments is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
