Experienced Esthetician (Chinese Speaking: Mandarin or Cantonese)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician with a valid NY Esthetician License to join our dynamic team. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required. If you have a minimum of 3 years of Med Spa experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional skincare results, we’d love to hear from you!

As a valued team member, you will provide high quality treatments, personalized advice, and product recommendations to help our clients achieve their skincare goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform consistent and professional facials, including HydraFacial and Lymphatic Facial treatments, following spa protocols and best practices.
• Administer advanced laser treatments, including Fotona 4D, to achieve desired client results.
• Conduct microneedling treatments using Potenza technology.
• Educate and guide clients on skincare concerns, offering tailored advice and solutions.
• Actively promote spa services, retail products, and ongoing promotions to enhance the client experience.
• Evaluate client skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare products and services.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals for treatments and products.
• Prioritize client satisfaction, aiming for high retention rates and positive feedback.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with industry trends.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
