Experienced Esthetician (Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Boutique Studio)

The Opportunity

Uplifted Studio is seeking an experienced esthetician to join our growing boutique skincare studio in Tustin.

This opportunity is ideal for an established esthetician with at least 2-3 years of professional experience who values quality over quantity, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is looking for a more intentional work environment.

Position Details

• Part-time position to start
• Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays
• Appointment-based schedule only
• $20 per hour for scheduled services
• 28% service commission
• 10% retail commission
• 100% of tips retained
• Opportunity for additional days as the studio expands

Because this is an appointment-based position, earnings will vary based on the number of clients serviced. As a growing boutique studio, we are actively building our client base and do not currently operate at the volume of a large spa or franchise.

Qualifications

• Licensed California Esthetician
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional esthetics experience required
• Existing clientele
• Experience performing customized facials, skincare treatments, and brow services
• Strong consultation and client retention skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and emotional maturity
• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences
