Experienced Licensed Esthetician – Radiant Skin Spa | Lutz, FL

Radiant Skin Spa is hiring a licensed 1099 independent Esthetician for our growing spa in Lutz, FL.

Must have hands-on spa set-up experience with facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial-style treatments, microdermabrasion, EMS, facial waxing, Brazilian waxing, body waxing, Lash lifting & tinting, and skincare upgrades/add-ons.

Pay Structure

- Flat fee per facial

- Bonuses on add-ons/enhancements - Retail commission

- Potential membership bonuses

- 100% tips

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is key for this business.Flexible schedule accepted per appointment, but reliability is required once appointments are booked. We provide 15 minutes between sessions to support your well-being.

Must be professional, dependable, client-focused, and confident recommending skincare, retail, add-ons, and memberships.
